Rights to artwork remain the sole property of Perla Mei including after purchase. This includes the purchase of originals, commissions, prints and current and/or future reproductions of any kind. The purchase of any item, original or otherwise, does not grant the customer permission to distribute in any form or reproduce in any way by means of profit and/or otherwise.

No part of this site may be reproduced, used or appropriated in any manner for any purpose without the express written consent of Perla Mei.

Posting images of the items purchased on social media are always welcome and does not breach this clause.

Liability

We are not liable for goods once they are in the possession of the buyer. It is not our duty to refund, exchange, replace or compensate by any means for the damage of products that have been mishandled by customers.

Please read the product descriptions thoroughly and carefully. It is not our duty to compensate customers who do not read the information provided in the product description prior to purchase.

Returns and Refunds Policy

All items sold on Flora Decorista are final sale. No returns or exchanges.

If the fine art prints were damaged during the delivery by the courier, you will be eligible for a refund. In this case, we’ll take care of it and work with you to find the best solution.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to notify us within seven (7) days of your merchandise delivery date if the fine art prints arrived damaged.

Duties and Taxes

Perla Mei’s studio is Montreal, Canada and is not liable for import fees on any products purchased outside of Canada. This includes but is not limited to the commissioning of a custom piece, originals and merchandise.

Any applicable taxes and duties are not included in the checkout total. These are determined by the customs agency in the destination country. The customs agency will notify the recipient either by mail, phone, or email to pay these charges, so that the shipment can continue to its destination.

It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any duties, value added tax or other similar charges. If you refuse to pay these additional amounts, your delivery will be returned to us. Provided that the product is in its original condition, we will refund you the cost of your purchase (minus the costs of shipping to your country).

Comments and Submissions

Users of the site are able to make certain reviews that are publicly-accessible on the site. When you submit public postings, you grant Flora Decorista, and all others who access the public postings, the worldwide, royalty free and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform and display such public postings (in whole or part) worldwide and/or to incorporate them in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed.

Flora Decorista has no obligation to monitor postings, however, you acknowledge that Flora Decorista has the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to refuse, delete or move any public posting that is made on the site. In particular, but without limitation, Flora Decorista shall have the right to remove any public posting that violates this Agreement.
